Your best bet would be to shoot the seller a question, and ask him what size his son wears, since he states "Used by my son maybe twice"...

Ask him if the size tag is on the tongue, or if it is written on the bottom of the insole. You could also narrow it down by the size of the holder.

My guess is that they are 8D...Non girls, Regular Men's size skate.. Only other option would be they're a Youth 8, and even then, I don't think they'd be going for $400 retail. Nor for 220 on ebay. But I agree, the holder size will tell the truth.
