What do you always bring to the rink?

Recommended Posts

I don't have a huge bag, so I try and limit the extra stuff. Still, I make sure to have tape (I only bring cloth tape because I don't tape my shinguards), screwdriver (or multi-tool), home and away jerseys (including socks), extra laces (sometimes 2 pair), and extra pair of socks (I can't stand putting on my skates if my socks are wet), soft skate guards, a small towel, a puck, a water bottle, and an extra mouthguard.

And I always go to the rink with 2 sticks, but not just because I want to have a spare if one breaks. Sometimes if I'm having a rough game, or if my team is down a goal late in the game, etc, I'll switch sticks to try and get my "mojo" workin. I know it sounds awfully superstitious, but its worked wonders for me sometimes.

Black, White & Clear tape

Towel, body wash, flip flops (no athlete's foot for me!)

And......

3 tall boys. One for before the game, one for after the game, and one for the goalie cause he's the man!
