Warrior AK 27 tapered shaft?

hey just snapped off my innovative true 1 ops and now i'm looking at a warrior ak27 shaft, just wondering if they make tapered ones? so far the couple websites i've been too say they only fit standard blades, what's the difference in performance of tapered and standard?
