I just saw a commercial on the Discovery Channel for the show "How It's Made" and wanted to let everyone know that on Tuesday's episode (in Canada) they will be showing how hockey skates are manufactured. They showed a Bauer Supreme skate in the promo so it might be kind of cool to watch. Just thought you guys would want to know.

Didn't they also do a segment on the making of sticks? I remember them doing something with Si-Cores right before they were released.

I've seen that skate episode, unless they started reanswering questions. They really only skimmed over the process as you'll notice some things are done but not shown. It's disturbing how quickly the workers do things. When they mount the holders it's not clear it they're trying to construct or destroy. It was a lower-end Supreme, but still.

They did do the Si-cores in another episode and McCabe was in it. I remember seeing a clip of it on the site.

Let's all try to get a clip of the skate process so we can pick it apart.
