U+Skates and stick question

My lucky son was given a pair of U+skates and a U+stick with the Ovechkin curve.My 2 questions are:1)He is used to the Modano/Forsberg curve on his Stealth.What would be the equivilant on this stick 2)He wears RBK 9K's.What differences, if any, do you think he will notice in the U+(they do not have the performance blade in them).Thanks in advance-I told him you are the only guys I trust to answer these questions!

I think the Recchi is the equivalent. I never tried on the skate so I can't really say what the differences are.

JR is the only one I know of that has worn them. I have seen them, they are ALOT lighter then the 9ks

the Modano equivalent is the Steen

Yeah, it is the Steem, and it shouldn't be too hard for him to adjust to the U+ skates, considering he's in 9K's right now. Your son IS lucky, how did he win them?
