Hiya i am new so here goes....

Helmet: Nike Bauer 5500 (Royal)- Comfy and durable but needs to be adjusted in size, because I don't know how to do it.

Cage: Bauer 4000- Does the job.

Shoulder Pads: Bauer EP500- Comfy but are getting old got them on ebay when I was starting out.

Elbow Pads: CCM Vector 2.0- Far to small and no protection or durability, getting new ones.

Gloves: Mission L5 (Red/White/Blue)- Just got them, used them about 7 training sessions and are nice and roomy, good protection and durable.

Pants: Easton Ultra Lite (Navy)- Really protective and durable, starting to get

to small though.

Shin Guards: Bauer Comp- Too small there a 11inch and they dont even cover my leg :( need new ones, but they are comfy. :D

Skates: Bauer Vapor VI- Oh dear you probaly think i am pants at skating but these are the best skates in the world.(I AM UPDATING ONCE I GROW OUT OF THEM) Sticks: Bauer Endure²- Good for wrist shots and does the job.

I'm confused- are these for you, or your "son"? You indicate you are currently wearing 11" shins and YOU are still growing, then your son has chubby arms and legs and needs possibly the next couple sizes up. It seems like you need some help fitting yourself and your child -I would stay away from E-Bay and reiterate you should seek out the assistance of either a decent pro shop or a knowlagable friend.
