Massive skates downgrade?

Hello Vathsdrop, i've been to Riga this year and took a look at the stores ( Hokeja Pasaule ) and i've seen the NikeBauer XXXX's for like 500 Lats, and i was thinking that with all the customs and shipping it's cheaper than buying there. Otherwise if you know someone in the NA who could send it to you the best way is to send it via DHL ( because postal workers tend to steal ). And i've got my Synergy 1200C, declared for 100 USD and paid like 40$ custom, but for example if u find out what is the custom limit, ( for gifts it around 50$ ) you have it decleared under it and voila 25$ Synergy SL gets here in 2 days :) Which team do play for anyway?

I just found out that holders separetly cost 80 lats here, And will have to pay again for the mounting.

The team is the Etalon profisis (not sure of the name).

Well i don't know if the pries would be same for any1 else, because they were sent from where my friend works, and they get discounts, but the skates were 50$ a year ago and the stick was 25$. Still better than go to the russians here and buy it for 2x price.

You guys over there in Europe and the new Eastern European countries really get screwed buying hockey equipment. Not only do you have to contend with the extremely high prices but the taxes and import duties you have to pay is outrageous. Can you say protectionism? Your politicians must be living really good over there. You need a Robin Hood over there to even the playing field.
