Just wanted to give thanks to Rich and Eduardo at Kor hockey... They do an awesome job taking care of customers...

I used my Shift 1 skates for 2 years and recently upgraded to the Shift 2 skates. I had some discomfort in the right skate and asked them about it. They were super cool and asked me to try a re-bake. I did this and it didn't alleviate the problem and by comparing the left and right skate, I determined that the right skate was slightly defective. Instead of making me send the skates in for repair, they Fedex'ed me a new skate which solved the problem. They were even cool enough to let me try 2 different sizes on my right foot (since R is smaller than L). In addition, Eduardo (production manager) called me at least 3 times to see how things were going and to help answer my questions.

Anyway, througout the whole process they were professional and very friendly. I was told early on by Rich not to worry, because no matter the problem, they'd take care of me.

Just thought people might like to know after some of the horror stories that have been posted here in the past. Kor was absolutely great to work with!
