Rink Rat Hub Problem?

I had the exact same problem as Joey the very first time I skated on my Wicked 3's. Skated about 10 minutes and the hub was broken. I only use micro bearings if they come with new skates, so I have no choice. Otherwise I wouldn't use them.

P.S. I'm about 6 feet 1 and 210 lbs

my rink rat hotshots have just split from the hub to the outside after only been used for about 16 games. they are 76mm 78a and i am about 190 lbs. anything I can do to prevent this from happening again
