Selling my stick

Sorry if this is kind of an odd question, but I'm selling a piece of equipment to my friend for the first time, a Mission Z-2 stick. As someone selling for the first, I'm not sure what I should price it at because really want to make sure I don't rip myself off, and I don't want to rip him off. Just as background information, I originally bought the stick for $120, and I've only used it 3 times.

It's ultimately up to you as to what you feel the stick is worth, but bear in mind you can buy a new Z-2 shaft with 2 blades online for $49.50 from Hockey Giant.
