Gary Roberts True 1

Does Gary Roberts use a True 1 or is it a painted over novius?

I would thinks it's a true one. I have a GI 1100 and I have never seen him use a Novius. I was after the True 1 of his, but I guess it was sold while I was away. From what I saw the blade looked the same as the True 1's, but you can never really be sure.

I was given these pics of a Roberts true1. Since the checkerboard is visible, I assume it's a legit true1.

On a true one is there suppose to be like a line were its fused together? Because I thought it was a True one peice.?

There isn't a line on the one in the pics.
