TheBeatGoesOn 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2008 you look way too bent over at the waist. remember, your nose, knees and toes should all be in allignment.you can practice this positioning (it sounds really silly) by standing against a wall and having your nose, knees and toes all touching at the same time.I'll try that out tomorrow at the rink (when no one is looking).
