Canadians buying gear online from US

I've tried asking these questions in the RH forum first as there was already a topic but no luck yet, and I'm sure other Canadians are having this problem too. I'm trying to buy some equiptment from Hockeymonkey but they won't ship Nike, Bauer, Easton, Warrior, CCM, or RBK out of the US.

So my first question is if anyone knows of any "parcel reception companies",(place where you can ship something to and pick it up for a small fee), in Minnesota or in North Dakota?

My second question is if anyone knows if you can have a package shipped by UPS from Hockeymonkey to a UPS store in the states and then pick it up from there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
