Flex or no Flex?

Ok...this has probably been discussed but my search keeps freezing up.

Do you guys prefer a stick with lots of flex, or a stiff flex?

I am using NHB Vapor sticks, and I am looking for a change of pace.

I like a really stiff flex stick, and I like to take a lot of snap shots.

What are my options?
