Best way to practice off-ice?

On avg Pavel Bure's off season training used to go like this...

2 hrs of Swimmning

2 hrs on ice

Lunch

1.5 hrs in the Gym

2 hrs of Tennis

1 hr of sprints athketic work.

This was done 6 days a week with supervision by his father who was a soviet olympic swimmer.
