have got an intake on the way... hopefully it will be more comfortable than the CCM helmet I've been wearing for the past 5 years.

I went from a CCM 692 to an Intake. While it certainly was miles ahead in terms of how well it fit my head, it actually feels less protective. And not because of the EPP.

You where very lucky it was a Carbster you where wearing. A lot of other helmets may not have faired quite as well. If they ever came out with something similar to the Carbster I'd pick one up in a second. I value good head protection and Mission makes good comfortable helmets.
