Hey there. I'm in need of new pads really soon and I want pro pads at no more than $600. Are these pads an good? I've never seen them anywhere. Let me know what you know about them! Thanks.

I used the Vpro's for 2 yrs, they are a great pad and a good value if you can get them for cheap. They were $1199 new.

I dont think there is anything wrong with the pads. I actually considered getting them when the first came out. $400 for pro pads seem pretty cheap, even if they are 12".

It's just clearance item.. they are still pro pads and would not hesitate and buy them. They are 12 inch hence the price. Stores are getting rid of the 12 inch pads at ridiculous prices and no one buys them anymore. If you don't need 11 inch legal pads, they are a good buy IMO

believe it or not, there is still a market for 12" pads and big gloves. In fact some old guys will pay premium price for them.

I'm one of them.. old guys that is.. well at 37 I guess I'm pretty old compared to many on the boards. That being said, I don't know why someone would pay a premium for 12 inch pads non NHL legal gloves, C/A etc when there is a fairly good selection around at good prices and sometimes even at ridiculous prices.

There's no way you should buy those pads they are horrible if you've seen them like and felt them you can bend the pads backwards if i am recommending you pads i would probly tell you to buy these and they will give you free shipping i your out of canada soo here they are...

They are of the best pads ever created. NHL goalies use these oams and stuff and all the do is get the RBK logo put on the, i know for a fact i got these like the frist week they came out and they were 1200 so this is really a huge deal for you and they are expected to last for 7 years with the wear and tear.

wehn i was a tendy i had the v pro blocker and glove all whited out, they were great quality but i almost want to say they were over paded, idk if the leg pads would be the same way

They are not the best pads ever created while they may be the best choice for YOU. No NHL goalie is using their gear merely re-branded. While I'm sure that there are some that would love for you to believe that (wait, it appears that you have already swallowed that - hook, line and sinker) it is just not the case.
