lower end easton sticks

Hey i currently hav the s17 but the price is too much. so i was looking into the s11 stick which seems similiar to the s17 but not as pricey. has anyone used or even checked one of these out in a store?? cheers, Ross

I use an S5 and that is a decent stick to me anyways!

my friend just got an s11, the taper is nothing near like the elipse on the s17, its alot squarer. he said he likes it tho, and hes been using s17's

the s5 doesnt have the elipse. i've never seen the s11.

The S11 has a similar elipsed shape to the shaft but the overall weight and feel is nothing close to the S17.. To me the S11 is extremely blade heavy but the price seems to be the one thing making it sell to the customers.. At roughly $100 the stick is selling itself... But for a guy who has used the S17 i highly doubt you could switch to the S11 and find it adequate or even close to the s17

The S11 is by no means a lower end stick. I would classify it as a mid-uppper range, just short of top of line. It has many characteristics of the S-17, just not the $200 price tag.
