JOFA 5K Shinguards & JOFA 4K/8K Elbowpads

I can buy a (new!) pair of JOFA 5K shinguards (I think they found them somewhere) and a new pair of 4K and 8K elbowpads. Can anyone tell me if they are exactly like the RBK equivalents and advise if I should buy/try them?

Or is it better to try the current RBK products (newer technology, better product?)? Reason for me asking is that I never had JOFA products (except for the 3K shoulderpads I have currently) and I always read that everybody likes the JOFA products, especially the shinpads

the rbk's and the jofas are the same.. The old jofa 8k shinpad is the same as rbk 9k.
