Ok so it lasted a year...... but while playing in my game last thursday my blade snapped off at the fuse point on the shaft. What blade can I use for the shaft?

You can use some Tappered Blades.The best for the 9k is the synthesis or the st blade

st is not tapered. SE is though.

You're going to need to get the previous blade's tenon out from inside the shaft, and those holes don't leave you much room to trim the bottom to make room. Heat and a chisel was recommended by someone here to get his made into a shaft. Any tapered blade should work, stay with RBK if those are the patterns you like, if not Mission and TPS have some pretty strong stuff going.
