baking 7000's

Hey guys. . . my buddy has a pair of 7000's that need to be baked. Should I be baking these for 3 minutes as I would with any other bauer? Or since it's the stiffest skate/brick ever, can I leave them in for a bit longer? If he's got a game that evening. . . put them in the freezer to speed up the cooling time?

7000's can be baked for 7 mins...and I would suggest he Not put them in the freezer...and wait a Minimum of 8 hours if needed quickly...but I suggest 24 just to stay on the safe side. If he needs to use them for a game, have him wait to bake them until he has time to do it correctly.

Freezer works just fine, just don't freeze them.
