Problems with converting s15s

I am having trouble converting my s15s with the Labeda cateye chassis. I have heard that I can do this conversion but it I am having problems lining up the chassis as well as fitting all 80s across. Does anyone know the best way to dremel the boot or any suggestion for lining up the chassis or dealing with the all 80 set up?

Use all 76mm. The boot outsole is pretty thin and I wouldnt want to risk it. The one on here that did it but 76mm wheels on his skates.
