Tuuk steel in Cobra Holder

Okay, so I am going to buy these G3s. I have heard so much negatives about the Cobra steel, so let me know if this will work:

I take out the cobra steel, put in some tuuk steel, put some loctite on it and skate like hell? Thanks. Obviously this should be done at a proshop?
