skeeter14 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2008 I don't know about anyone else, but I have been a long time fan of Blink 182, so this is really sad news. Thoughts and prayers to the families of the crew and passengers who died.http://www.cnn.com/2008/SHOWBIZ/Music/09/2...rash/index.html

I don't know about you but Plus 44 seems musically to me, like Mark and Travis with two guys replacing Tom. There isn't much difference between +44 and Blink's last album in my opinion. dangle 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2008 I agree. That's pretty much exactly what it is. Mark and Travis wanted to keep producing the same "style" music while Tom wanted to go a different route, which is apparent with Angels & Airwaves

I saw AVA in concert about two years ago....small club in the albany area, by far one of the best live band experiences i've ever had.Had the pleasure of meeting all three of them a few years earlier....downright great guys, shame that they broke up

Spreedizzle 1 Report post Posted September 23, 2008 After my best friend in high school had a motorcycle accident and was burned over 30% of his body in 3rd degree burns, and personally hearing the agonizing screams of his and others for the "daily scrubbings" and removal of bandages....I would never wish that upon anyone. It changed his life forever, and changed my perspective on a lot of things that I do in my daily life forever also.
