yeah i saw the league experiment with that towards the end of last season when the opposing team takes too long and the defensive side is ready and waiting in their own zone.

looks like they're trying to impose it from now or still experimenting with it since it's pre-season.

not to hijack the thread but i also noticed a lot of guys wearing U+ skates.
