I busted a Dolomite recently and was going to send it back, but the website states it has to be a printed receipt. The store doesn't give printed receipts that I went to, but has store letterhead on their invoice. Anyone run into this?

if the store has printed letterhead, isn't that a "printed" invoice??

Call them up and tell them what's going on.

They accept hand written receipts as long as its on the companys official receipt and not on some bs receipt you can buy in bulk at Staples. We've had hand written receipts for ever and i doubt we'll be switching over to a computer style register slip for another 20 years or so..
