Chassis Fit Question

Does anyone here know if a small Vanguard chassis would fit on a size 9 One90 boot? I know it's a stretch but I'm not completely sure if it would/wouldn't so just trying to get a definite answer. I know in some instances there are some small frames that will work up to a 9 boot so I was just making sure if so/if not.

I had a pair of size 9 One90s with the Vangaurd MG chassis. It was size Medium. You can see it here

On another note, I've been trying to find a decent priced chassis to put on these things sized medium but no luck yet.
