He has rounded his game out and he is shooting more. You could put any stick in his hand and it wouldn't make a difference. Gretzky and Lemieux scored tons of points with wooden Titans and Kohos, Crosby could do the same. If you give Crosby good wingers he is an assist machine, when he doesn't have great support he shoots more. The kid will get his points by changing his strategy. He needs to be comfortable with his stick but whether it is wooden, two-piece or OPS it won't matter.
