Ranger-#8 1 Report post Posted November 18, 2008 I'm playing NCRHA in St Louis at school, and the only rink I know about in Dallas Slapshot closed. I was wondering if anyone here knew of a place in DFW to skate open hockey or maybe even a league during december-early jan so I don't lose my legs during break? DavidT 11 Report post Posted November 19, 2008 I play at Face Off Hockey Center in Denton.It's an ok facility. OK pro shop, prices for leagues arent bad, a lot of the guys you play with are relatively easy to get along with. Needs a new floor, but they're doing their best just to keep the doors open. The UNT roller hockey guys all play in leagues there plus a bunch of other guys from metroplex coleege roller hockey teams play.I beleive they have an open 2hr stick time everyday from 5-7, pickup is 9-11pm Monday and Wednesday.
