easton ultralite shaft

i am just wonderin if anyone knows why the bauer blade in my ultra lite shaft keeps coming loose. the blade says taper on it so do they make a tapered shaft now? whats the difference thanks

There's standard shafts that go with standard blades, and tapered shafts that go with tapered blades.

You've got a standard shaft with a tapered blade. That's a no no.

ya thats what i am thinking. but thats all they seem to sell now is these tapered blades. oh and i just posted it here cuz i can't seem to start a new topic and the other forums..it's weird. sorry thou
