Differences between Mission D and E widths

Anyone know what the size differences are between the D and E (EE) widths for Mission roller hockey skates? I know the E width is wider, but by how much?

Also, my understanding is that the boot is just wider in the widest part of the foot. Is the toe cap also wider?

Toecap is wider. The E/EE fit a lot like CCM D width wise.

I never tried on a CCM skate, but I went with the E width. Hopefully they'll be OK.
