hi, I'm going to buy the vapor XXV but I'm not sure of the size

I wear a 8,5 nike air max shoes

what size do i have to order

Looks like you want a size 7. I would actually trace your feet on paper and get an accurate measurement for the hell of it. When I tried on vapors, I found I needed EE width. So the regular width is on the narrow side. I fit into D width RBK just fine. Good luck.

IMO the low end stuff fit way different to the high end stuff.

I cant really comment on what size you need as I have a high instep. but for the record I wear a size UK 9 sneaker and were a 9/9.5EE XXV
