Franklin shaft flex?

Is anyone familiar with Franklin's flexes on their shafts. I am wondering what a 4.0 flex would be equivilant to on Easton's terms.

We just pulled the Franklin info from the flex chart a couple months ago. I figured they were all broken by now.
