I have been asked to design my roller hockey teams website as the previous one will be taken down pretty soon. I've designed a really good one on iWeb on my mac but am having trouble uploading it onto the internet.

I need to know the easiest website to upload it to, and what the best way of doing it is?

If anyone has any help, please let me know, i need to do it A.S.A.P.

Are you looking for free hosting? Or a pay service that is good, cheap and reliable?

Do you have an FTP program on your computer or does the host site need to have a builder with it for uploading?

I am looking for a pay service that is good, cheap and reliable which you can upload files via FTP. I just need to know how to get the iWeb files onto the website.
