Well the general formula is male shoe size = ( 3 x Last length in Inches ) - 24, so plug in the numbers and chug that is lets say your want to know difference between 11 and 11.5, get the last length and you will see the difference. In this case its

1/6" = 0.16667, you said 3/16 which is 0.1875 - so close.

Ebay and craigslist and stuff like that, or if you have a "certain number of posts" in MSH!

I am not even sure if there is a set number, but mod's look at the quality of your posts and judge accordingly

Like if all your posts are "+1 on the Tuuk holders", then it might take longer. JR usually says something like

"When you get there, you will know" Ha! - Not trying to be a 'smart donkey' but thats what I usually see.
