That's helpful. If your LHS is not an authorized dealer then you can try ordering them through HM, that's where I picked up my Ultra G3s. Most of the big name online sellers carry Graf. Definitely try through your LHS though because you will likely want/need baking/punching/stretching/sharpening or some combination of those. They will likely come at no charge if bought from said store.
