Suggestion Needed For Warrior Warranty

Recommended Posts

What's up guys so I need your opinion on something. I got a the new Dolomite about 2 weeks ago as a late birthday present and I've used it about 10 times since then. So yesterday I took a one timer and the blade just breaks right down the middle. The problem is, since I got the stick as a present I don't have a recipt which is required to get a warranty. What do you guys suggest I do to get my stick replaced?

Have you contacted Warrior Warranty? There are lots of threads, with some very recent where Warrior warranty has been talked about

or hell even a credit card statement indicating time and place of purchase? Should be good enough to at least get the ball rolling

Yeah, they will accept a credit card statement likely, last year i got an o-stick for Christmas but i bought it way before, the girl at my lhs just wrote down 'present' on the receipt and when it broke i just sent it back to the lhs who sent it in, im not sure if they counted it as bought on Christmas or how they did that one, but i got another stick out of it. Did the same with my one95 too i wanted a gagne curve super bad they finally got one in so i took it despite having a good stick and waited tell Christmas. Just explain the situation, be courteous and honest and chances are they will give you a replacement. The way i see it, its a $200 stick to you but to them its nothing, its like $20 max from a big company, plus if they treat you well who knows how much you'll buy, and how many friends will you tell?
