Custom Warrior Hustler Pants Pics

Here are pics of my custom Hustlers. I ordered these through HockeyMonkey the first week of January, as soon as they were avail. Once some billing issues were resolved (this was right as the online ordering began,) they showed up in only about 5 weeks. I'd been wearing Warrior Method pants for the last year which I liked (plenty good for mens league) but I wasn't crazy about the strange silvery panels on the front. I was shocked when the Hustlers showed up - these things are pro-level protection. WAY beefier - they must weigh nearly twice as much (and I did not upgrade to the bigger plastics.) As noted in other threads, they do fit differently. You can see next to the Methods just how much bigger they are (both are size Small.) I was fretting about it at first but they've worked out and I don't think I look too ridiculous. The kidney protection goes up much higher which is where a lot of the "added size" is. Having gotten used to how they fit, my only complaint is that when unzipped, I still am squeezing my size 7 Grafs through the legholes. I have to put my soakers back on to slip my skates through because I'm sure I'll slice them up otherwise. Overall, these are great, well-sewn pants if you are willing to shell out the massive cash. (Thankfully, I got mine for about $180 before Warrior jacked their custom prices by about $60 bucks across the board - I was not so lucky on the $270 Franchises I just ordered.)

I got lucky the design works perfectly with our jerseys. I included a pic wearing the Methods for comparison.

Ahh you're the one with the insane matching of helmets, jerseys, and gloves which I find awesome. Pants look stellar man.
