Bauer absorbs Itech ?

I recieved an email today from Itech Hockey with the title: "BUILDING THE BEST TEAM IN HOCKEY‏." Then when I clicked on the email I saw a player outfitted in Bauer gear then with two links at the bottom of the page, one for bauer and one for Itech and they both lead to the Bauer site. Mission and Itech merged a little while back and more recently Bauer bought or merged with Mission-Itech.
