Can we get fans to stop chanting "we want the cup" in the first round. It's so annoying. 16 sets of fans want the cup (well 15 now) can we save that chant till atleast the conf. Finals. You got a long way to go.

Let the fans have their fun. I see nothing wrong with getting a little over-excited about being in the playoffs. Should be fun to see how Montreal comes out tonight and who knows, maybe Washington can pull out another victory! I know I'll be flipping back and forth between the games tonight.

I'm watching the Ranger game last night, and I'm a huge Ranger fan, but watching my fellow Ranger fans chant "we want the cup" just kind of upset me. The Rangers are a 7 seed and the Rangers would be lucky just to get to the second round. If we beat the caps and then the Bruins, then I get behind a "we want the cup" chant. Untill then lets just get some wins.

its that ny attitude. i was at game 4. best game i had seen all season and i had been to a handful of ranger games plus a dozen devil games for free cause they never sellout (losers.) its a far better chant than listening to devil fans scream rangers suck when they arent even playing them. idiots. sorry off topic
