custom blade question

can christian or tps/sherwood make a custom pattern based on pictures? i've got a kovalchuk toe curve i wanna clone (straight blade with kink on the end think prospal RH) but i don't wanna send in a ops thats not broken. If i send in pics from various angle can they clone it based on that? Looking for opinions on those that have delt with custom blades.

In my experiences with Sherwood, NO. They do need an actual sample and you wont get the sample back.
