XXXX fit question

So I'm looking at the Vapor XXXX, and I'm wondering how good a bet I am to fit the 6EE. It's closeout, so sizes are very limited.

I wear a size 7 Synergy 800 now, and I have a little room lengthwise, but the width is great for me. Shoe size I normally wear an 8, but they're a little large, I would be 7.5 in a perfect world. I just measured, my foot is about 9.5 inches long (around 25 cm for you canucks).

So would I be a good fit for these skates? I'm leaning towards springing for them since they're an insane deal, but if anyone has specific advice.

I honestly dont think the Synergy skates are wider than the Vapor XXXX/X60 variants. They're wide but shallow but high cut boot. Just my opinion. I've got a high arch..Not a good fit for the Synergy boot. 6EE is pretty wide.

I thought they widened the forefoot on the X:60 line, which is why I thought it might be a good fit. Length was more my concern, my feet are pretty flexible.

Nah, It's just that some people are more sensitive to differences in fit then others.
