What is the stock pitch for LS2/LS2.1 steel?

I'm a bit confused - for the STEP steel I asked no-icing to match the pitch of the regular out of the box stock LS2 steel - they profiled it at neutral, but when I compared my old set of LS2 with the new STEP set they aren't the same - LS2 seems to have a negative pitch?

Am I smoking something or is LS2 steel actually negative out of the box - not neutral?
