mission lieutenant baking

I finally got my skates and they fit alright. could have gone a size down probably. But they came with no baking instructions like my fuel xp skates did. So how should I bake them myself. The only reason I don't have a shop do them is because they didnt seem to no what they were doing last time they baked my skates. So i feel better doing them myself

isnt it different for different skates though. I remember GXC999 posting specific instructions for lieutenants on another site but i dont recall were
