Graf Ultra G3 Pitch

I got some new ultra g3's and pitch does not feel foward at all. I'm surprised because graf's I've tried in the past had a forward pitch. I had some g5's and they had a very forward pitch. I don't really like the forward pitch, so I'm happy with the g3's, but am I correct then that the amount of pitch varies with the particular graf model?

I know the Ultras come stock with the Cobra 5000 holders. Older Supra and leather Grafs came with the Cobra 3000s. Anyone familiar with the differences between the two models might be able to shed some light.
