Louisville TPS R10 Women's Shoulder Pad

I was looking into getting new shoulders and saw these on clearance at hockey giant. I thought I might try women's shoulders again since these seem more sturdy than what I had used previously (one of the first tps shoulders). However, the sizing that hockey giant gave on their chat line doesn't make much sense.

Small- 120-160 pounds 5'5"-5'9"

Medium- 140-180 pounds 5'7"-5'11"

Large- 160-200 Pounds 5'9"-6'1"

I currently wear a size medium Supreme 50 shoulder pad. I'm 5'5" and have a 38-40" chest measurement. My weight is in what they consider large.

No, didn't notice any lace-ups.

Ah it's the one that has the velcro tab in the front. I'd still go with the M.
