Luckily I live at Dufferin and Steeles so Chestwood is a stones through away. Probably pop in from 9 to midnight.

What are the prices for Chestwood? I can't seem to find them.

I could walk to Majer Hockey if need be lol. Pick up was fun. I have to admit playing so infrequently on the ice.. was bad. I was a decent player before I stopped playing in High School, but damn... I figured playing hockey would always be like riding a bike but when I took that first slap shot in traffic and fell the only that hurt was my ego. I will now be out there Mon-Fri because I'm far to competative to allow this to stand :)

Where you now? Which guy? I'm going to head out tonight, If you remember my skates where coming off every few mintues because they were murdering my feet, so I gotta get them good and broken in. Theres a 8-915 tonight, I'll be there 100%.

There's a decent pickup game 12-2pm Tuesdays & Thursdays at Victoria Park Canlan IceSports - horrible arena, though. The level of play is pretty uneven but there are always a few guys on the ice at any given time who can move the puck and finish well. You can also go on the ice early and stay late, just to fool around. This is, of course, dependent on getting the day off, but it's nice when you can swing it.

I haven't been going as much because they're been getting 3-4 goalies routinely (including myself and my buddy), but I'll probably go once or twice next week.

There's a ton of pickup around the city, but most of the games have a limited group they like to stick with, and will only rarely advertise through hockeytoronto if their numbers drop.

We even spoke about you going to york and how the first week of school there is the greatest thing in the world. I obviously wasn't there to play tonight. I won't be back until either sunday or monday night.

$5 a pop - not bad considering you can get nearly four hours out of it if you have the time to spare.

Er... it's 12pm-2pm, ie. noon - if you show up at night, the only place you'll be getting into is the Chinese Restaurant next door!

Etobicoke Ice Sports has midnight shinny. Sunday-Thursday 12-1...maybe later depending on who is running the rink. 5 Bucks...it is hit or miss durring the summer though. They also do the 12-whenever day time shinny...Everytime I go, that isn't a holliday it is pretty empty.

Rarely....The past couple times I have been two there has been at least 1. I know come September it will change into a 2 hour shinny. 12-2 and it will be $10 and guarenteed 2 goalies. There just wasn't enought interest/players to run it through the summer.

I would love to, but I'm really busy this long weekend. I wouldn't mind playing in one of the tournaments in the future, I just don't have a team to play with. If anyone needs an extra player for one of the tournaments, let me know.
