Viceroy Shin-Tight or WSI Shin Sleeves

I'm looking to get either Viceroy shin-tights or WSI shin sleeves, but before I do I was hoping someone could help me out with sizing. I wear RBK 6K 14" shin guards and have an average shin/calve size. Will the standard Senior size for the WSI model be good? Will medium or large be the way to go with the Viceroy model? Just hoping to get some input here.

My store doesn't sell either of those brands, but the brand we do sell says medium for average size adults, and large for adults with big shin guards. Does that help?

Well, compared to my other 14" shin guards, the RBK 6k's are the widest. That's where I'm iffy on the size choice.

I just bought a different pair of shin sleeves at my LHS the other day. I wear 14" NBH Vapor XXV shinguard and I bought the medium size sleeves if that helps. One thing you need to remember though is that over time the sleeves will stretch and become looser-fitting. Also, the guys at my LHS were nice enough to let me try them on before I bought them- it may be worth it to ask if you can do the same.

do the shin sleeves secure the shin pads better? i'm finding my pads are shifting abit during games.

yes. it's kind of like taping up your entire shin guard to restrict movement.
