I got this email from from a local pick up hockey organizer. I am guessing he must of purchased the props from the movie and now trying to make a few bucks pawning it off. I find it more amusing than anything because someone actually bought Justin Timberlakes's stuff.

All equipment are pro stock and came from the classic movie "Love Guru". They were used mostly as props and will have very minimal to moderate usage. Items that are new will be listed as such. Jerseys in most cases have numbers and names on the back from the characters on the movie, however I'm sure it can be removed and other names attached if needed.

Is there anyway to verify the authenticity/quality of what he is offering? I'm always interested in Blake equipment/jerseys... but $125 seems pretty sketchy for a sweater.

I have exchanged emails with him in the past and seems like a nice guy, but never ended buying anything because his prices were not that special. He has advertised on craigslist and kijiji.

hmm. didn't even think about that one. I only looked at items what they would be worth for personal usage. If it was truely a game worn jersey (regardless if it was just for a movie) by Rob Blake I would guess the jersey would be worth double of what he is asking for.
