SE16 (old version) toe cap

Just wondering, with my SE16 toe caps starting to show signs of wear, does Protectoe do a good enough job on these things or has anyone swapped out the toe caps for the new and improved Easton caps? If so, how easy or hard was it?

I can't say about swapping toe caps but I've used ProTecToe on my old 652's. It worked great. Put 2 or 3 coatings on and it is like a hard cap. Make sure to use the good, black ProTecToe, not the cheap clear stuff.
